Official results from Colombia's Chamber of Representatives election, certified by the National Electoral Council, confirm Historic Pact for Colombia (PH) as the winner with the plurality of seats under the country's proportional representation system, propelling trader consensus to 100% implied probability. In the March 2022 congressional vote—still defining the current Congress—PH outperformed rivals including Partido Liberal Colombiano, Centro Democrático, Green Alliance, Cambio Radical, Partido de la U, and MIRA-CJL coalition amid fragmented opposition. No recounts, legal challenges, or no-confidence motions have materialized in recent months to alter seat counts. While procedural disputes or arithmetic revisions remain theoretically possible, historical precedents show such reversals are exceedingly rare post-certification.
