This market will resolve to “Yes” if the TSA reports a daily checkpoint throughput of more than 2,800,000 for any day between November 8, 2025 and November 16, 2025 (inclusive). Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

This market may not resolve to "No" until data for November 16, 2025 is available.

This market will resolve as soon as throughput data becomes available for the date of November 16, 2025 or on any date before that if the target number is reached within the market timeframe. If the target number has not been reached and if data is not available for any of the days from November 8, 2025 and November 16, 2025 by November 23, 2025 the market will resolve based on the published data up to that point. Any revisions published to data for dates November 8, 2025 and onward prior to the release of data for November 16, 2025 will be considered.

For the purposes of this market, a qualifying "strike" is defined as the use of aerial bombs, drones, or missiles (including cruise or ballistic missiles) launched by United States military forces that impact Afghan ground territory or any official Afghan embassy or consulate (e.g., if a weapons depot on Afghan soil is hit by a U.S. missile, this market will resolve to "Yes").

Missiles or drones which are intercepted and surface-to-air missile strikes will not be sufficient for a "Yes" resolution regardless of whether they land on Afghan territory or cause damage.

If the SCA does not publish specific data on the number of container ship transits of the Suez Canal for the first and second quarters of 2026, or for the first half of 2026, by September 1, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, credible third-party maritime data providers (e.g., IMF PortWatch, Clarkson Research, or Lloyd's List), citing SCA figures or satellite tracking data, will be used to determine the count, with the relevant time period being January 1, 2026 through June 30, 2026.
