On December 13, OpenAI posted a statement claiming that Elon Musk wanted the company to become a for-profit and "demanded majority equity, absolute control, and to be CEO" (see: https://openai.com/index/elon-musk-wanted-an-openai-for-profit/).

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Elon Musk makes any public statement (including X posts) addressing the OpenAi statement by December 13, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise this market will resolve to "No".

Replies that Elon Musk makes to posts commenting on the situation will count, even if they are short (e.g. saying "Yes" to a post about OpenAI's statement will count).

The primary resolution source for this market will be statements from Elon Musk, however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

Will Elon respond to OpenAI today?

This market will resolve according to the value of Elon Musk's net worth on December 31, 2025.

If the reported value falls exactly between two brackets, then this market will resolve to the higher range bracket.

The resolution source for this market will be the Bloomberg Billionaires Index Elon Musk Profile (https://www.bloomberg.com/billionaires/profiles/elon-r-musk/?embedded-checkout=true), specifically the datapoint for December 31, 2025, once the data is finalized. If this resolution source is not available, another credible resolution source will be used.

Will Elon Musk's net worth be at least $500b on December 31?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Elizabeth Holmes officially launches a token by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

Only tokens which are confirmed to have been launched by Elizabeth Holmes either through posts from official social media channels, or otherwise confirmed by public statements will qualify.

The token must be actively and publicly transferable and tradable. Announcements alone do not qualify.

The resolution source will be a consensus of credible reporting.

Will Elizabeth Holmes launch a coin by December 31?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Tesla (TSLA) achieves a daily high price greater than 488.5399 USD during market hours by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

This market will resolve based on the respective company’s intraday high quotes during the specified timeframe.

The primary resolution source for this market will be the Nasdaq website for the relevant ticker (https://www.nasdaq.com/), specifically the 'Today's High/Low' figure on the main page, as well as the 'High' column on the Historical Quotes page.

Will Tesla (TSLA) hit a 52-Week High by December 31?

This market will resolve to “Yes” if Bitmine officially announces that the company’s total Ethereum holdings are equal to or greater than the number specified in the title at any point by December 31, 2026 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

The resolution source for this market will be official announcements from Bitmine as to their total ETH holdings.

This market will resolve to “Up” if the first official NYSE closing price for CarMax (KMX) after the next earnings release is higher than the official NYSE closing price for KMX prior to the earnings release.

This market will resolve to “Down” if the official NYSE closing price for CarMax (KMX) after the next earnings release is lower than the official NYSE closing price for KMX prior to the earnings release.

This market resolves based on the exact timing of the company’s first public release of earnings figures, regardless of whether they appear in a press release, earnings call, SEC filing, or similar. If the earnings figures are released before the close of regular trading hours, the same day’s closing price will be compared to the most recent prior closing price. If the numbers are released after the market has closed, the following day’s closing price will be compared to the most recent prior closing price.

The ‘most recent prior closing price’ always refers to the latest regular session close preceding the earnings release. Only official closing prices from regular trading days will be used.

If the two specified closing prices are exactly equal, this market will resolve 50-50. Note that all figures will be rounded to the nearest cent using standard rounding.

If KMX does not trade at all during the specified regular session, or if the company does not release earnings within 60 calendar days of this market's creation, this market will resolve 50-50.

If either of the relevant days is shortened (for example, due to a market holiday), the official closing price published by the NYSE for that shortened session will still be used for resolution.

If either of the relevant days has no official closing price (for example, due to a trading halt into the market close, system issue, delisting, or other disruption), the market will use the last valid on-exchange trade price of the regular session as the effective closing price.

The resolution source for this market is the NYSE Historic Prices page (nyse.com), specifically the Close values for KMX.

CarMax (KMX) Up or Down After Earnings?

his market will resolve to “Yes” if the average monthly Ethereum gas price is equal to or greater than the value specified in the title by December 31, 2026 ET. Otherwise, the market will resolve to “No”.

The resolution source for this market is the dashboard available at https://dune.com/nibty/eth-gas-prices, using the “mean_gas” value displayed in the “Gas Prices Monthly Average” tab.

This market will resolve as soon as a finalized average monthly gas price shown on the dashboard is equal to or greater than the value specified in the title, or once the value for December 2026 is finalized and no earlier finalized monthly value has met or exceeded that threshold.

A monthly value will be considered finalized once the next monthly data point is published.

If the resolution source becomes permanently unavailable, the market will resolve based on other reliable crypto data sources.

This market will resolve to “Up” if the first official NYSE closing price for Lamb Weston Holdings (LW) after the next earnings release is higher than the official NYSE closing price for LW prior to the earnings release.

This market will resolve to “Down” if the official NYSE closing price for Lamb Weston Holdings (LW) after the next earnings release is lower than the official NYSE closing price for LW prior to the earnings release.
