This market will resolve to "Yes" if the ABC-hosted presidential debate scheduled for September 10, 2024, concludes by 10:30:59 PM ET (inclusive). If the debate is still ongoing at 10:31:00 PM ET or later this market will resolve to "No". 

If no Presidential debate takes place on September 10 ET, this market will resolve to "No". 

The debate will be considered to have ended at the moment when both candidates have finished speaking for the final time during the official broadcast.

If the debate is broadcast on a delay or does not match real-time events, the official broadcast timing will be used to resolve this market.

The resolution source will be the main ABC broadcast of the debate.

This market may only resolve to "No" if the specified appearance has been published in its entirety and the "Yes" condition has not been met. If the appearance has not aired in its entirety by December 4, 2025, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve based on what has aired up to that point. If no appearance is aired by this time, or if it is otherwise definitively cancelled by Jim Cramer or TBPN, this market will resolve to "No".

The resolution source will be audio/video of the appearance.

This market will resolve to “Yes” if, between the Democratic Party and the Republican Party, the Democratic Party becomes the favorite in the "Which party will win the Senate in 2026?" market (https://polymarket.com/event/which-party-will-win-the-senate-in-2026?tid=1764796601244) for any four-hour period ending by March 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET or earlier. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

The Democratic Party will be considered to have become the favorite for any four-hour period if it is ahead of the Republican Party in more individual minutes than the Republican Party is ahead of the Democratic Party during a qualifying time period.

A tie in the number of minutes will not qualify.

Announcements that one side or another violated the ongoing ceasefire will not be enough to resolve this market to "Yes"; only a definitive announcement by Israel or Hamas, or otherwise a wide consensus of credible reporting that that the ceasefire has been ended, will qualify to resolve this market to "Yes".

The primary solution resolution source will be official information from Hamas or the government of Israel, however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
