This market will resolve to "Yes" if Barack Obama publicly congratulates Zohran Mamdani by June 27, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No."
A congratulatory message must clearly reference Mamdani, and express congratulations.
Only announcements made directly by Barack Obama himself, or posts from Obama's official social media accounts will qualify.
