Incumbent Democrat Angie Craig holds a commanding lead in recent polls for Minnesota's 2nd Congressional District, with surveys like the October AtlasIntel poll showing her ahead 52%-44% and others confirming double-digit margins amid high early voting turnout in this suburban Twin Cities battleground. Her fundraising edge—over $5 million raised versus under $1 million for Republican Joe Frasca—fuels aggressive ad campaigns emphasizing her bipartisan record on issues like insulin pricing and veteran support. No major scandals or shifts have emerged in the final week before November 5, reinforcing trader consensus on a likely Democratic hold despite the district's competitiveness in past cycles, with odds reflecting the incumbency advantage and polling average stability.

A candidate without a ballot-listed affiliation to either the Democrat or Republican parties will be considered a member of one of these parties based on the party with which they most recently expressed their intent to caucus at the time all of the House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources.
This market will resolve based on the result of the election as indicated by a consensus of credible reporting. If there is ambiguity, this market will resolve based solely on the official results as reported by the United States government, specifically the Federal Election Commission (https://www.fec.gov/).
