This market will resolve according to the margin of victory between the top two candidates in the 2025 Irish Presidential Election, scheduled to take place on October 24, 2025.

For the purpose of this market, the “margin of victory” is defined as the absolute difference between the percentages of valid votes received by the first- and second-place candidates. Percentages of the valid votes received by each candidate will be determined by dividing the total number of valid votes each of the top two candidates receives by the sum of all valid votes cast in the election.

If the reported value falls exactly between two brackets, then this market will resolve to the higher placed bracket (ascending).

This market will resolve based on the official vote count once the count has been made official.

If the results of the election aren’t known by March 31, 2026 ET, this market will resolve to “Other”.

This market will resolve solely based on the first official vote count released by the Electoral Commission of Ireland (electoralcommission.ie).

If a recount is initiated before the vote total has been made official, the market will remain open until the recount is completed and the vote is made official.

This market will resolve according to the margin of victory between the two candidates in the second round of the 2025 Chilean Presidential Election.

For the purpose of this market, the 'margin of victory' is defined as the absolute difference between the percentages of votes received by the first and second-place candidates. Percentages of the votes received by each candidate will be determined by dividing the total number of votes each of the two candidates receives by the sum of all votes cast in this round of the Chilean Presidential Election.

If the reported value falls exactly between two brackets, then this market will resolve to the higher range bracket.

This market will resolve based on the official vote count once the vote count has been made official.

If a recount is initiated before the vote total has been made official, the market will remain open until the recount is completed and the vote is made official.

If the results of the election aren’t known by June 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to “Other”.

This market will resolve according to the election or referendum won by Democrats with the highest margin of victory compared to the other listed events, all scheduled for November 4, 2025:

If the results of any of these elections are not confirmed by July 31, 2026, this market will be resolved according to the results published thus far.

This market will resolve to "Virginia" if the Democratic candidate’s margin of victory in the 2025 Virginia Governor election is greater than the Democratic candidate’s margin of victory in the 2025 New Jersey Governor election. 

This market will resolve to "New Jersey" if the Democratic candidate’s margin of victory in the 2025 New Jersey election is greater than the Democratic candidate’s margin of victory in the 2025 Virginia Governor election. 

For the purpose of this market, the “margin of victory” is defined as the difference in percentage points between the Democratic and Republican candidates’ final vote shares in the respective election.

If the margin of victory is identical or if results of either election are not confirmed by July 31, 2026, this market will resolve 50-50.

This market will resolve to "Spanberger" if the Democratic candidate’s margin of victory in the Virginia Governor election is greater than in the New York City Mayor election.

For the purpose of this market, the “margin of victory” is defined as the difference in percentage points between the Democratic and Republican candidates’ final vote shares in each election.

If the margin of victory is identical, or if the results of either election are not confirmed by July 31, 2026, this market will resolve 50-50.

This market will resolve to "Proposition 50" if the margin of victory in the California referendum is greater than in the New York City Mayor election.

For the purpose of this market, the “margin of victory” is defined as the difference in percentage points between the Democratic and Republican vote shares in the mayoral election and between the “Yes” and “No” vote shares in the referendum.

If the Democratic candidate and the “Yes” position fail to win, this market will resolve to the contest in which they lost by the smaller margin.

If the margin of victory is identical, or if the results of either election are not confirmed by July 31, 2026, this market will resolve 50-50.

If no 2026 Iowa Republican Senate Primary takes place, this market will resolve to "Other".

The resolution source for this market will be the first announcement of the results from the Iowa Republican party, however an overwhelming consensus of credible reporting may suffice.

This market will resolve based on whether Donald Trump announces that he will vote for or endorse the listed candidate in the election named in the title.

If Donald Trump does not announce an endorsement by the day before the scheduled election at 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "No".

The resolution source for this market will be official information from Donald Trump or one of his representatives, or a consensus of credible reporting of Donald Trump's endorsement.

Will Trump endorse Ken Paxton for TX-Sen by Nov 2 2026 ET?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the margin of victory (MoV) for Democrat Zohran Mamdani in the 2025 New York City mayoral general election is greater than 9%. Otherwise this market will resolve to "No".

For the purpose of resolving this market, the “margin of victory” is defined as the absolute percentage-point difference between Mamdani’s certified vote share and the vote share of the runner-up (the candidate with the second-highest number of votes) in the certified results.

This market will resolve based on the official certified results as published by the New York City Board of Elections.

If control of the Senate is ambiguous given the above rules, this market will resolve according to the party affiliation of the first Majority Leader of the US Senate who is selected following the 2026 United States midterm elections.

This market will resolve once all three sources have conclusively called winners of the House and Senate in the 2026 United States midterm elections. If all three sources do not achieve consensus in calling the relevant races for this market, it will resolve based on the official certification.
