This market will resolve to "Yes" if Cluely achieves a public valuation of $1 billion USD or more, or raises a private funding round that values the company at $1 billion or more between June 30 and December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No."

To qualify, the valuation must be explicitly confirmed by Cluely or an overwhelming consensus of credible reporting.

The resolution source will be Cluely's official communications, however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

Cluely $1B valuation in 2025?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act of 2025 (H.R.3633) is passed by both chambers of the U.S. Congress and signed into law by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

The token must be actively, publicly transferable and tradable to be considered a launch.

The FDV will be determined using the total token supply multiplied by the token price.

"1 day after launch" is defined as 4:00 PM ET on the calendar day following launch. The resolution source for this market is the most liquid price source available. If Pacifica (https://x.com/pacifica_fi) doesn't launch a token by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "No".
