This market will resolve to "Yes" if Curtis Sliwa announces that he will vote for Eric Adams or endorses Adams for the 2025 NYC Mayor election between June 26, and November 3, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise this market will resolve to "No".

If Curtis Sliwa announces that he will vote for another candidate or endorses another candidate for NYC Mayor, this market will immediately resolve to "No".

The resolution source for this market will be official information from Curtis Sliwa or one of his representatives, or a consensus of credible reporting of Sliwa's endorsement.

Will Sliwa endorse Eric Adams?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Eric Adams finishes his term as Mayor of New York City without any interruptions. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

This market will not resolve "Yes" until the office is successfully transferred from Adams to another person at the completion of his term, or until Adams is sworn into the office again at that time.

Will Eric Adams finish his term as NYC mayor?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Eric Adams is removed as the Mayor of New York City though any formal process, including by the Governor of New York, the New York City Council, through a criminal conviction, or any other non voluntary process before his current term, scheduled to end December 31, is completed. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

If Adams ceases to hold office for any length of time via a non-qualifying process, this market will resolve to "No".

The resolution source will be a consensus of credible reporting. 

Will Eric Adams be removed as NYC mayor?

The 2025 New York City mayoral election will be held on November 4, 2025, to elect the mayor of New York City.

This market will resolve to “Yes” if Eric Adams receives 1% or more of the vote in the certified results. Otherwise, it will resolve to “No.”

This market will resolve based on the official certified results as published by the New York City Board of Elections.

If a recount is initiated prior to certification, the market will remain open until the recount is completed and the results are certified. A recount initiated after certification will not affect market resolution.

Will Eric Adams get over 1% in the 2025 NYC mayoral election?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Donald Trump officially nominates or appoints Eric Adams to his administration by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

The Trump administration includes individuals formally appointed or nominated by Donald Trump to roles within the U.S. federal government, such as Cabinet members, Executive Office staff, senior policy advisors, ambassadors, or White House staff whose appointments are publicly announced by official government channels.

Nominations will qualify even if the individual is not confirmed.

This market will resolve to “Yes” if Zohran Mamdani ceases to be the mayor of New York City for any period of time between taking office and December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

If Zohran Mamdani does not take office as the 111th Mayor of New York City, succeeding Eric Adams, as currently scheduled for January 1, 2026, by February 1, 2026, 11:59 PM ET this market will resolve to “Yes.”

This market will resolve to "Proposition 50" if the margin of victory in the California referendum is greater than in the New York City Mayor election.

For the purpose of this market, the “margin of victory” is defined as the difference in percentage points between the Democratic and Republican vote shares in the mayoral election and between the “Yes” and “No” vote shares in the referendum.

The policy will be considered implemented only if a 0.0 % increases for both one-year and two-year renewal leases is in effect by the resolution date. An announced intention or proposed order not yet effective will not qualify. Orders that are blocked, enjoined, or otherwise prevented from taking effect by the deadline will not qualify.

If the policy is enacted through another official mechanism, including but not limited to a mayoral executive order, local legislation, or state law, and goes into effect by the resolution date it will qualify.

Orders that apply only to one lease term (e.g., 0 % on one-year but > 0 % on two-year), apply only to specific unit types (e.g., hotels or SROs), or relate to non-stabilized units will not qualify. 2. A policy is enacted in New York City before December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, which would establish a minimum wage of at least $30 an hour, effective by December 31, 2030, or earlier. 

The policy will be considered to have been enacted if a local or state law is passed, or mayoral executive order is issued which will bring the stated minimum wage into effect within the specified timeframe. The introduction, proposal, or announcement of such a policy without legal enactment will not qualify.

The enactment of a policy that initiates a structured increase of the minimum wage to at least $30 an hour in NYC over the course of several years will qualify for an immediate "Yes" resolution, so long as that policy explicitly outlines it will achieve that level by the stated date.

Enactment of limited or temporary pilots which are not formally intended for citywide expansion (e.g., policies that explicitly cover only select boroughs, neighborhoods, or time periods) will not count.

This market will resolve to “Yes” if both the following occur:

1. Zohran Mamdani wins the 2025 NYC Mayoral election.

2. The City of New York implements a policy under which at least one grocery store that is city-owned and operated is actively open to the public by June 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET.

The policy will be considered to have been implemented if at least one such store is open for regular grocery retail sales to the public by the resolution date. The enactment or announcement of a policy without an operational, open store will not alone qualify. Policies that are blocked, cancelled, or not yet in effect by the resolution date will similarly not qualify.

Limited pilots, studies, planning initiatives, or temporary pop-up markets which don’t regularly operate as regular grocery stores do not qualify.

Partnerships which include partial city ownership will qualify as long as the store is substantively under City of New York control. Partnerships with non-profit or other operators which don’t include direct city ownership of the store will not qualify. 

Only stores that are initiated, approved, or opened during Zohran Mamdani’s mayoralty and that are described in credible reporting or official City communications as part of the “city-owned grocery store” initiative associated with his campaign platform will qualify. This market will resolve according to the winner of the Democratic primary election for the mayor of Washington D.C., scheduled to be held June 16, 2026.

If no 2026 D.C. Democratic Mayoral Primary takes place, this market will resolve to “Other.”

The resolution source for this market will be the first official announcement of the results from the D.C. Democratic Party; however, an overwhelming consensus of credible reporting may suffice.

Will Janeese Lewis George win the 2026 Democratic D.C. Mayoral Primary?

This market will resolve according to the candidate who wins the nomination for the Democratic Party to contest the NY-07 congressional district seat in the U.S. House of Representatives in the 2026 midterm elections. The Democratic primary will take place on June 23, 2026.

If no nominee is announced by November 3, 2026, 11:59PM ET, this market will resolve to "Other".

The resolution source for this market will be a consensus of official Democrat sources, including https://democrats.org/.

Any replacement of the nominee before election day will not change the resolution of the market.

Will Antonio Reynoso be the Democratic nominee for NY-07?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy announces he has resigned or will resign the presidency by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No."

Zelensky resigns in 2025?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Donald Trump officially appoints, or announces the appointment of a special prosecutor, special counsel, or other independent prosecutor to investigate matters related to Jeffrey Epstein by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET.  Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No.”
 
To qualify, the appointee must be explicitly tasked with investigating the Epstein case. A public statement from Trump, the White House, or the Department of Justice confirming the appointment will be sufficient for a “Yes” resolution regardless of when the appointment goes into effect. 

General statements of intent without a named appointee will not qualify. 

The primary resolution source will be official announcements from the Trump administration or a consensus of credible reporting.

Trump appoints special prosecutor for Epstein case in 2025?

This market will resolve to “Yes” if Jessica Tisch ceases to be the New York City Police Commissioner for any period of time between December 2, 2025 and March 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

An announcement of Tisch's resignation/removal before this market's end date will immediately resolve this market to "Yes", regardless of when the announced resignation/removal goes into effect. An announcement from New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani that he will remove Tisch from her post will qualify. 

The resolution source for this market will be official information from the New York City local government or Police Department; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

This market will resolve according to the winner of the Republican Primary for Governor of New York, scheduled to take place on June 23, 2026. Resolution will be based on the overall winner of the primary, including any potential second round or run-off.

If no 2026 New York Gubernatorial Republican Primary takes place, this market will resolve to “Other.”

The resolution source for this market will be the first official announcement of the results from the New York Republican Party; however, an overwhelming consensus of credible reporting may suffice.

Will Elise Stefanik win the 2026 New York Governor Republican primary election?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if John Fetterman announces that he will resign from his position as  United States senator from Pennsylvania, or otherwise ceases to be Senator for any length of time, between May 6, and December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

Note that an announcement of his resignation before the resolution date will suffice to resolve this market to "Yes" regardless of if/when he actually steps down.

The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the Government of the United States of America or official statements by Fetterman or his representative, however a consensus of credible reporting will suffice.

Fetterman out in 2025?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if New York City Mayor-Elect Zohran Mamdani is officially deported from the United States by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No."

Deportation is defined as the formal removal of Zohran Mamdani from the US by government authorities due to legal or administrative reasons. Voluntary departure, extradition, or relocation without an official deportation order will not count.

The resolution source will be credible reporting from major news outlets or official government statements.

Will Zohran Mamdani be deported by December 31?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if a new episode of the Up Only podcast is publicly released to the general public by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

Released previews of the interview won't count - the full interview must be released by the resolution date for this market to resolve to "Yes."

The resolution source for this market will be footage of the interview and/or a consensus of credible reporting.
