Trader consensus on Polymarket assigns a 97% implied probability to H100 GPU rental prices hitting $2.75 or higher on the Silicon Data H100 Index by April 30, driven by a recent 40% surge in one-year contract pricing to $2.35 per hour per SemiAnalysis data, fueled by exploding AI demand from models like Anthropic's Claude 4.6 Opus and surging token consumption across training and inference workloads. Persistent memory shortages (HBM3e, DRAM up 4-5x) and Blackwell GPU deployment delays to June-July have tightened Neocloud supply, with spot rates varying from $1.38-$14 per hour amid hyperscaler sellouts. Upcoming catalysts include potential GB300 cluster ramps and Q2 earnings from NVIDIA and AI labs, though execution risks could temper further upside if supply unexpectedly eases.
