This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Labour Party controls less than 325 seats in the House of Commons as a result of the next UK General Election. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". If voting in the next UK General Election does not occur by January 31, 2025, this market will resolve to "Yes". This market's resolution will be based solely on the number of seats won by the Labour Party, not any coalition of which it may be a part. The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the UK Government, however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Labour Party controls between 325 (inclusive) and 349 (inclusive) seats in the House of Commons as a result of the next UK General Election. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". If voting in the next UK General Election does not occur by January 31, 2025, this market will resolve to "No".
