Former President Donald Trump's upcoming appearance at the Memphis Roundtable, focused on economic issues and community concerns in Tennessee, drives trader sentiment amid expectations of his standard campaign themes like inflation, border security, and criticism of Vice President Kamala Harris. Recent developments include Trump's rally in North Carolina highlighting similar talking points, alongside fresh polling showing tight battleground races where swing-state rhetoric could influence perceptions. Traders weigh his history of unscripted comments against prepared remarks from advisors, with the event's livestream amplifying potential market movers. No major disruptions reported, but post-event clips could shift related election odds quickly.
