Recent 00Z model runs indicate southerly winds and high pressure building over the Sichuan Basin, boosting daytime heating potential to mid-20s Celsius after cooler readings earlier this week around 18-20°C, but persistent haze and cloud cover introduce variability in solar insolation. Historical March averages hover near 18°C, yet warming trends and model spread of ±2°C underscore the razor-thin differentiation, with final clarity expected from CMA's afternoon observations on March 28.
