On Dec 19 the Colorado Supreme Court voted in a 4-3 decision that Trump was barred from appearing on Colorado’s 2024 presidential primary ballot.

This market will resolve to “Yes” if the U.S. Supreme Court overturns Colorado Supreme Court’s decision - namely they assert Trump can indeed appear on Colorado’s Presidential Primary ballot. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No.”

Note that this market will resolve immediately based on the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision on this case. If the U.S. Supreme Court makes no decision by March 5, 2024, the date of Colorado’s Republican State Primary, this market will resolve to "No", regardless of whether Trump ends up on the ballot by other mechanisms.

This market will immediately resolve to "No" if the U.S. Supreme Court does not take up the case.

The resolution source is official information from the U.S. Supreme Court, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
