This market will resolve to "Yes” if Mikie Sherrill wins the popular vote in the New Jersey Governor Democratic Primary
 by 15.0% or more when compared with the second place candidate. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

For the purpose of resolving this market, the 'margin of victory' is defined as the absolute difference between the percentages of votes received by Mikie Sherrill and the second-place candidate. Percentages of the votes received will be determined by dividing the total number of votes each candidate receives by the sum of all votes cast in the New Jersey Governor Democratic Primary.

This market will resolve based off the official vote count once certified. 

If a recount is initiated before certification, the market will remain open until the recount is completed and the vote is certified. If a recount occurs after certification, the recount will not be considered.

This market will resolve according to the candidate who wins the nomination for the Democratic Party to contest the NE-02 congressional district seat in the U.S. House of Representatives in the 2026 midterm elections. The Democratic primary will take place on May 12, 2026.

If no nominee is announced by November 3, 2026, 11:59PM ET, this market will resolve to "Other".

The resolution source for this market will be a consensus of official Democrat sources, including https://democrats.org/.

Any replacement of the nominee before election day will not change the resolution of the market.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Casey DeSantis announces that she is running for Governor of Florida in the 2026 Florida Gubernatorial Election, between February 28 ET, and December 31, 2025 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

For the purpose of resolving this market, an announcement by Casey DeSantis will be sufficient to trigger a "Yes" resolution, regardless of whether she actually filed a nomination to run, or whether she actually files a nomination to run in the future.

If Casey DeSantis definitively states that she will not run for governor, this market will immediately resolve to "No."

The primary resolution source for this market will be official statements by Casey DeSantis (ex: via speech, social media, etc.) or her official or legal representatives, however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.


Will Casey DeSantis run for Florida Governor?

This market will resolve to “Yes” if, between Janet Mills and Graham Platner, Janet Mills becomes the favorite in the "Maine Democratic Senate Primary Winner" (https://polymarket.com/event/maine-democratic-senate-primary-winner?) for any four-hour period ending by January 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET or earlier. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

Janet Mills will be considered to have become the favorite for any four-hour period if she is ahead of Graham Platner in more individual minutes than Graham Platner is ahead of Janet Mills during a qualifying time period.

A tie in the number of minutes will not suffice.

If the underlying market resolves prior to this market, this market will immediately resolve in accordance with the underlying market’s final outcome.
