This market will resolve to "Yes" if Donald Trump signs any bill into law or if the Trump administration takes any action that makes it a criminal offense to burn, desecrate, or otherwise intentionally damage the flag of the United States by July 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". 

Any law or executive action meeting these criteria will count, even if its implementation is immediately halted or delayed by judicial or other actions.
