Any revisions to temperatures recorded after data is finalized for this market's timeframe will not be considered for this market's resolution.National Weather Service forecasts and major models like the GFS and ECMWF have converged on a high temperature of 84-85°F in Dallas on March 26, driving trader consensus to near-certainty on this outcome as reflected in the 100% implied probability. This positioning stems from a persistent high-pressure ridge over Texas fostering clear skies, southwesterly winds, and warm air advection from the south, with latest 12Z model runs showing remarkable agreement within 1°F. Late March climatology in Dallas averages 70-72°F highs, making this an above-normal event amid broader southern warmth patterns. Realistic challenges include unexpected low-level clouds or a wind shift, potentially trimming 2-3°F, though high-resolution HRRR updates through evening reinforce the outlook ahead of observational resolution.
