Trader consensus strongly favors DMK as the frontrunner for the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly election winner, driven by incumbency advantages from popular welfare schemes like free bus travel and student breakfast programs, alongside a stable Dravidian alliance. AIADMK holds second place amid persistent leadership challenges post-J Jayalalithaa, limiting its recovery despite traditional strongholds. TVK, launched by actor Vijay in early 2024, garners notable support from anti-incumbency sentiment and youth voters, boosting its share. Recent surveys showing DMK's double-digit leads, Vijay's party expansion events, and no major defections or national alliance shifts sustain these probabilities, with bypolls and 2026 campaign ramps ahead as key catalysts.
