This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Supreme Court of the United States takes any action, such as issuing a ruling, order, or stay that delays the enforcement of Alsup's order by May 31, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

Any official Supreme Court action that temporarily halts or permanently blocks the implementation of the rehiring order will qualify.

If the Supreme Court does not take any action on the matter by May 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "No".

The primary resolution source will be official information from the Supreme Court of the United States, however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
