Current atmospheric patterns, including high-pressure influence from recent forecasts showing daytime highs near 18–22°C, align with historical March variability where averages hover around 13°C but warm spells occur under stable weather. Realistic challenges would require a late-day data revision from peripheral stations or an overlooked microclimate spike exceeding 20°C, though JMA final tallies typically lock in by evening, minimizing such risks. Upcoming JMA daily summary expected shortly after midnight.
