Recent ARPA Lombardia updates and surface observations show overnight lows around 10-12°C with light southerly winds favoring slight warming, but persistent cloud cover and model disagreements on boundary layer mixing introduce a 1-2°C spread. Historical late-March averages hover near 14°C, making this above-normal outlook sensitive to tomorrow's 12Z model runs from the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts, which could refine probabilities before resolution based on official Milan Linate Airport measurements.
