Incumbent Republican Rep. Chuck Fleischmann holds a commanding lead in Tennessee's 6th Congressional District House race, driving trader consensus to 91.5% for a GOP win, based on his decade-plus tenure since 2011 and landslide victories exceeding 60% in recent cycles amid the district's R+16 partisan lean. Fleischmann cruised through an unopposed GOP primary in May, while Democrat Joe DeJarnette remains a low-profile challenger with minimal fundraising or polling traction. No recent developments have narrowed the gap, as early voting begins this week ahead of the November 5 general election. Barring a late scandal, Fleischmann's health issue, or unprecedented national Democratic turnout surge in this conservative Chattanooga-area battleground, the outcome appears locked for Republicans.
