Incumbent Republican Morgan Luttrell holds a commanding lead in Texas's 25th Congressional District, a solidly red seat with a Cook Partisan Voting Index of R+13, driving trader consensus to price Republicans at 88.5% for the November 5 election winner. Luttrell won his 2022 contest by 25 points amid strong Republican turnout, and forecasters like Cook Political Report rate the race Solid Republican with no competitive polling emerging. The Democratic challenger, Todd Krause, faces steep barriers in this low-turnout, reliably GOP district stretching from northern suburbs of Houston to Conroe. With early voting underway through November 1, absent major scandals, health issues, or national wave shifts, traders see slim paths for Democrats at 10.5%.
