State Assemblywoman Verlina Reynolds-Jackson holds second at 26.5% after clinching Mercer County's endorsement in late February, bolstering her base in another key area. Surgeon and veteran Adam Hamawy trails closely at 25.5%, boosted by Justice Democrats' March 30 endorsement and support from anti-AIPAC groups amid district debates on Israel policy. Absent public polls, odds hinge on these organizational edges in the open-seat race to succeed retiring Rep. Bonnie Watson Coleman, with petition challenges against Susan Altman recently dismissed to keep her at 18.5%.
