For the purpose of this market, the 'margin of victory' is defined as the absolute difference between the percentages of votes received by the first and second-place candidates. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

Daniel Baluta will be considered to have become the favorite for any two-hour period if he is ahead of Ciprian Ciucu in more individual minutes than Ciprian Ciucu is ahead of Daniel Baluta during a qualifying time period.

A tie in the number of minutes will resolve to "No".
