This market will resolve to "Yes" if Robert F. Kennedy Jr. announces that he will vote for Donald Trump or formally endorses Trump for President of the United States by October 31, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise this market will resolve to "No".

The resolution source for this market will be official information from Robert F. Kennedy Jr. or one of his representatives.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Robert F. Kennedy Jr. (RFK Jr.) announces that he will resign from his position as United States Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS), or otherwise ceases to be HHS Secretary for any length of time, between September 5, and December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

Note that an announcement of his resignation before the resolution date will suffice to resolve this market to "Yes" regardless of if/when he actually steps down.

If this event is definitively cancelled, or otherwise is not aired by December 7, 2025, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "No".

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Donald Trump officially appoints, or announces the appointment of a special prosecutor, special counsel, or other independent prosecutor to investigate matters related to Jeffrey Epstein by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET.
