Polymarket traders' consensus prices Argentina's 2026 annual inflation in the 20-29.9% range, with 25-29.9% (29%) edging 20-24.9% (26.5%) amid closely contested dynamics reflecting disinflation progress versus upside pressures. February 2026 CPI showed monthly inflation steady at 2.9%—matching January but exceeding the 2.7% forecast—pushing year-over-year to 33.1% from 32.4%, driven by utilities and food costs despite President Milei's fiscal austerity and monetary crawl. Analyst estimates cluster at 22-26% (BBVA Research, central bank poll), betting on policy continuity, but persistent monthly stability risks higher outcomes; March CPI data, due imminently, represents the key swing factor for resolution path.
