Official guidance from the China Meteorological Administration aligns, showing current surface observations trending 1-2°C below recent averages, with no signals of intensification from upper-air patterns or frontal boundaries. This positioning reflects strong scientific agreement, though rare scenarios like a sudden clear-sky surge or localized urban heat island amplification could push toward 25°C or higher; hourly updates from monitoring stations will provide definitive data as the date progresses.
