This positioning reflects drier-than-average early March conditions—below the 37mm climatological norm—followed by moderate spring rains around March 29-30 adding the decisive 12-15mm, with negligible final-day totals. Trader consensus embodies skin-in-the-game alignment with verified data, though rare scenarios like post-audit gauge recalibrations or inclusion of overlooked snowmelt could nudge totals toward adjacent bins; final KMA monthly summary expected soon.
