This market will resolve according to the candidate who receives the third-greatest number of valid votes in the first round of voting.

If the results of the first round are not known by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "Other".

This market will resolve based on the election results, as indicated by a consensus of credible reporting. If there is ambiguity, this market will resolve based solely on the official results as reported by the Chilean Electoral Service (https://www.servel.cl/).

If the 2025 F1 Brazilian Grand Prix is canceled or rescheduled to a date after Nov 16, 2025, this market will resolve to “Other.”

This market will resolve in favor of the driver who is officially listed in first place in the Final Classification published by the FIA following the conclusion of the race. The Final Classification is typically released 30-60 minutes after the race ends and includes any applied time penalties and official adjustments.

Disqualifications or changes made after the publication of the Final Classification will not affect market resolution. The timing of the podium ceremony does not determine the result for this market — only the FIA's published classification will be used to resolve this market.

The resolution source will be the official Formula 1 website and a consensus of credible sports news reporting.

The market will be settled based on the FIA's official qualifying results, regardless of any subsequent penalties, disqualifications, or changes to the starting grid.

For example, if a driver sets the fastest qualifying time but later receives a grid penalty or is moved down the starting order, the market will still resolve to “Yes” for that driver.

This market will resolve according to the listed candidate that wins this election. 

This market includes any potential second round. If the result of this election isn't known by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, the market will resolve to "Other".

This market will resolve based on the result of the election as indicated by a consensus of credible reporting. If there is ambiguity, this market will resolve based solely on the official results as reported by the Honduran government, specifically the National Election Council (Consejo Nacional Electoral or CNE) (https://www.cne.hn/).

Will Salvador Alejandro César Nasralla Salum win the 2025 Honduras presidential election?

This market will resolve according to the election or referendum won by Democrats with the highest margin of victory compared to the other listed events, all scheduled for November 4, 2025:

- Virginia Governor election
- Virginia House of Delegates election
- New Jersey Governor election
- New York City Mayor election
- California referendum “Proposition 50”

If the results of any of these elections are not confirmed by July 31, 2026, this market will be resolved according to the results published thus far.

The primary resolution source for this market will be a consensus of credible reporting; however, if there is any ambiguity in the results, this market will resolve according to official election authority sources conducting the election.

Will the California Proposition 50 referendum have the largest Democratic margin of victory?

This market will resolve to "Sliwa" if Curtis Sliwa receives more votes than Eric Adams in the 2025 New York City Mayoral Election. 

This market will resolve to "Adams" if Eric Adams receives more votes than Curtis Sliwa in the 2025 New York City Mayoral Election.

This market will resolve based on the official certified results as published by the New York City Board of Elections.

If any named candidate publicly suspends or ends their campaign but remains on the certified ballot, the market will stay open and resolve according to the certified totals for both candidates. If one of the above-specified candidates is removed from the accredited ballot for any reason, this market will resolve to the candidate who remains on the ballot. If both candidates are taken off the accredited ballot simultaneously or if both candidates receive the exact same number of votes, this market will resolve 50-50.

If a recount is initiated prior to certification, the market will remain open until the recount is completed and the results are certified. A recount initiated after certification will not affect market resolution.
