This market will resolve to “Yes” if it is announced that OpenAI has reached a settlement with the New York Times over the issues outlined in the "THE NEW YORK TIMES COMPANY v. TIMES MICROSOFT CORPORATION, OPENAI, INC., et al." (Case 1:23-cv-11195) case by March 31, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise this market will resolve to “No.”

The resolution source for this market will be a consensus of credible reporting.
