Incumbent Democrat Marie Gluesenkamp Perez's dominant fundraising—$3.2 million raised and $2.4 million cash on hand as of late 2025—bolsters trader consensus pricing Democratic Party victory at 75% in the WA-03 House race, reflecting her incumbency edge in this R+2 district Trump carried in 2024. State Senate Minority Leader John Braun leads Republican challengers with $839,000 raised, but the field includes multiple GOP candidates ahead of the May 8 filing deadline and August 4 top-two primary, fragmenting votes. Cook Political Report's March 12 Toss Up rating underscores competitiveness, yet no recent polls exist, and Perez's moderate appeal to working-class voters in past narrow wins sustains her lead over GOP efforts to flip the seat. General election follows November 3.
