This market is about the scheduled Annual Shareholders Meeting scheduled for May 3, 2025 (https://www.berkshirehathaway.com/meet01/2024meetinginfo.pdf). The morning and afternoon Q&A sessions will count toward this market's resolution.

The resolution source will be official event livestreams and recordings.

Will anyone audibly fart during the Berkshire Hathaway Shareholders Meeting?

This market will immediately resolve to "Yes" if any Binance 1 minute candle for FARTCOINUSDT between October 15, 2025, 10:00 and December 31, 2025, 23:59 in the ET timezone has a final "High" price of $0.7 or higher. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No."

The resolution source for this market is Binance, specifically the FARTCOINUSDT "High" prices available at https://www.binance.com/en/futures/fartcoinusdt, with the chart settings on "1m" for one-minute candles selected on the top bar.

Please note that the outcome of this market depends solely on the price data from the Binance FARTCOINUSDT trading pair. Prices from other exchanges, different trading pairs, or spot markets will not be considered for the resolution of this market.

Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". 

Note that advance estimates will be considered. The Street consensus estimate for WD-40 Company's GAAP EPS for the relevant quarter is $1.45 as of market creation. This market will resolve to "Yes" if WD-40 Company reports GAAP EPS greater than $1.45 for the relevant quarter in its next quarterly earnings release. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No." The resolution source will be the GAAP EPS listed in the company’s official earnings documents. 

If WD-40 Company releases earnings without GAAP EPS, then the market will resolve according to the GAAP EPS figure reported by SeekingAlpha. If no such figure is published within 96h of market close (4:00:00pm ET) on the day earnings are announced, the market will resolve to “No”.
