This market will resolve according to the number 1 artist on the Billboard 2026 Year-End Top Artists chart. If Billboard does not publish a 2026 Year-End Top Artists chart by March 31, 2027, this market will resolve to “Other”. The primary resolution source for this market will be the Billboard Year-End 2026 Top Artists Chart, once it becomes available.Trader consensus on Polymarket heavily favors Tyler, The Creator (29.4% implied probability) and Billie Eilish (28.0%) as frontrunners for Billboard's 2026 Year-End Top Artist chart, reflecting bets on their blockbuster album campaigns amid a fragmented early-year landscape dominated by Harry Styles, Morgan Wallen, and country crossovers like Ella Langley. Tyler's slight edge stems from late-2025 momentum via his surprise "Sag Harbor" freestyle—topping Hot Samples—and buzz around a teased August "Some Raps" LP, positioning him for summer chart dominance. Billie trails closely on enduring streaming from "Wildflower" (72+ Hot 100 weeks) and recent Grammy wins, while Sabrina Carpenter (18.8%) gains from her #17 Artist 100 spot and Coachella headline. Key differentiators include release timing, promotional firepower, and streaming endurance versus Q1 country/viral hits, with mid-year drops and Hot 100 weeks likely to decide the deadlock before December year-end lock.
