This market will resolve to "Harris" if Kamala Harris’s campaign raises more money than Donald Trump's campaign during the period from July 1, 2024, to July 31, 2024. Conversely, it will resolve to "Trump" if Donald Trump's campaign raises more money than Kamala Harris's campaign during the same period.

This market will resolve based on the "Total Receipts" reported for the period covering July 1, 2024, through July 31, 2024 found on the FEC filings.

If the campaigns raise exactly the same amount of money, this market will resolve 50-50.

The resolution source will be the FEC filings submitted in August 2024 for the month of July 2024, scheduled to be released on August 20. The specific filings can be accessed via the following links: Harris’s FEC filing at https://docquery.fec.gov/cgi-bin/forms/C00703975/sa and Trump's FEC filing at https://docquery.fec.gov/cgi-bin/forms/C00828541/DJTFP24.COM.

If the FEC filings do not clearly indicate the total receipts for the specified period or if no report is filed by September 31, 2024, this market will resolve 50-50.

Note: The FEC will count all funds reported under the Biden-Harris campaign, including those raised before Joe Biden's withdrawal, as part of Kamala Harris's campaign finances.
