SpaceX's confidential SEC filing for an initial public offering on April 1, 2026, marks the primary catalyst shifting trader sentiment, with Bloomberg reporting a targeted valuation over $2 trillion—potentially the largest IPO in history, raising up to $75 billion. This builds on a December 2025 tender offer at $800 billion, propelled by Starlink's surging satellite internet subscribers exceeding 5 million and reusable Falcon 9 dominance amid 96 launches last year. Competitive dynamics with Blue Origin and United Launch Alliance underscore SpaceX's lead in launch cadence, while Starship's orbital milestones bolster growth projections. Traders watch for SEC review progress, roadshow details, and mid-2026 listing amid market volatility and FCC spectrum approvals.
