Incumbent Rep. Tom Cole (R) commands a dominant position in Oklahoma's 4th Congressional District House race, driving trader consensus to a 93% implied probability for the Republican Party amid the district's deep-red partisan lean (R+24 Cook PVI). Cole, House Appropriations Committee chair, crushed a primary challenge in June with 65% of the vote despite criticism over Ukraine aid support, while Democratic nominee Mary Brannon remains a decided underdog with no competitive polling. Historical margins exceed 47 points, underscoring reliable Republican dominance in this safe seat. With early voting underway ahead of the November 5 general election, shifts would require a major scandal, voter turnout anomaly, or legal challenge—scenarios traders deem improbable. Official results and certification will resolve the market.
