This market will resolve to "Yes" if DownDetector (https://downdetector.com/status/spotify/) shows fewer than 100 reported Spotify outages for three consecutive published data points between 3:45 PM and 11:59 PM ET on June 12, 2025. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No."

The resolution source will be DownDetector.

Spotify working again by midnight?

Spotify releases an annual report of its most streamed artist (see: https://newsroom.spotify.com/2025-12-03/wrapped-top-artists-songs-albums-podcasts-audiobooks/). This market refers to the most streamed Spotify artist for 2026. 

This market will resolve according to the name of the artist listed by Spotify as the top artist of 2026.

If Spotify does not release who their top artist for 2026 is by January 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "No". 

The resolution source for this market will be official information from Spotify, typically released as part of Spotify Wrapped. 

Will Bad Bunny be the top Spotify artist for 2026?

Spotify is expected to release the earnings report for Q4 2025 on February 10, 2026.

This market will resolve according to the "Total Monthly Active Users" figure as reported by Spotify in the Q4 2025 earnings report. The relevant data can be found in the shareholder slide deck.

If the reported value falls exactly between brackets, this market will resolve to the higher bracket.

If the relevant figure or the earnings report is not released by March 31, 2026, 11:59PM ET, this market will resolve according to the data from the most recently released report.

Will Spotify report greater than 745 million monthly active users?

This market will resolve according to the listed artist with the greatest number of monthly listeners according to Spotify on February 28, 2026, 12PM ET.

The monthly listener count is listed on each artist's public Spotify profile. Only primary artist profiles will qualify; features or collaborations under another artist profile will not count towards the featured artist's total.

In the event of an exact tie for the number of monthly listeners, this market will resolve in favor of the listed artist whose name comes first in alphabetical order.

If Spotify is down at the listed time on the listed date, this market will resolve based on the most recent available data.

The resolution source for this market will be Spotify.

Will Bruno Mars have the greatest number of monthly Spotify listeners this month?

This market will resolve to “Yes” if the listed artist officially releases a new album between January 1 and June 30, 2026, 11:59 PM PT (Los Angeles time). Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

Officially released means that a newly released album is officially available for download or streaming (not including live events) by the resolution date.

Re-releases, deluxe editions, compilations, or greatest hits albums will not count, unless they contain at least 50% tracks that have never been officially released in any format prior to the album's release.

The resolution source will be any official streaming or download site, e.g. Apple Music or Spotify.

Will Nettspend release an album by June 30?

This market will resolve to “Yes” if the listed group officially releases a new song between market creation and December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM PT (Los Angeles time). Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

Officially released means that a newly released song is officially available for download or streaming (not including live events) by the resolution date. 

Songs released by individual members, subgroups, or any other configuration not under the listed group name will not qualify. If a song is released jointly by multiple groups credited equally as primary artists, the song will count for all of them.

Re-releases, deluxe editions, compilations, or remixes will not count.

The resolution source will be any official streaming or download site, e.g. Apple Music or Spotify.

Will Blackpink release a song in 2026?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Elon Musk is a guest on any "The Joe Rogan Experience" podcast episode between December 1, 2025 and June 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

If a consensus of credible reporting confirms Elon Musk recorded an episode with Rogan before the resolution date, this market will resolve to "Yes" regardless of when/if it is released.

The primary resolution source for this market will be Spotify and/or Youtube, however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

Will Elon Musk go on Joe Rogan before June 30?

This market will resolve to “Yes” if Discord experiences any incident classified as Critical (red) by the listed date, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

Qualifying incidents may include outages and other issues that Discord classifies as Critical.

Revisions to the impact classification of any such incident will be considered as long as those revisions are published within this market’s timeframe. However, revisions of a previously published incident impact classification of Critical (red) to another classification will not disqualify an incident from counting.

If an incident is ongoing at this market’s resolution time, the market may remain open until that incident receives an official impact classification, and it will resolve based on the first such classification published, regardless of subsequent revisions or corrections.

The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from Discord (for example, on discordstatus.com or discordstatus.com/history); however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

Note: Discord impact classifications of Major (orange) and Critical (red) are not equivalent.

Critical Discord Incident by June 30, 2026?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if a new episode of the Up Only podcast is publicly released to the general public by 11:59 PM ET on the date specified in the title. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

Released previews of the interview won't count - the full interview must be released by the resolution date for this market to resolve to "Yes."

The resolution source for this market will be footage of the interview and/or a consensus of credible reporting.
