This market will resolve to "Yes" if number of applicants to Harvard for the Class of 2028 is lower than the number of applicants for the class of 2027. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

This market will resolve based on the first release of information by Harvard on the number of applicants for the Class of 2028, regardless of whether that information is later revised.

The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from Harvard University (e.g. https://college.harvard.edu/admissions/admissions-statistics, https://oira.harvard.edu/factbook/fact-book-admissions/, etc.), however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.

If no information is released for applicants to Harvard for the Class of 2028 by December 31, 2024, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve 50-50.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if at least one seat on the United States Supreme Court becomes vacant between January 1 and December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

The primary resolution source for this market will be official announcements from the U.S. Government. However, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

The relevant reports for this market are the Employment Situation Reports for January-December, 2026. This market may not resolve to “No” until the Employment Situation report for December 2026 is released. If no Employment Situation Report for December 2026 is released by March 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, however, this market will resolve based on all previously published data up to that time. 

The resolution source for this market is the Monthly Employment Situation Report, published by the BLS every month at https://www.bls.gov/bls/news-release/empsit.htm, specifically the U-3 measure in Table A-15 for each month.

Note: the resolution source for this market reports unemployment to one decimal point. Thus, this is the level of precision that will be used when resolving the market.

If the underlying market resolves prior to this market, this market will immediately resolve in accordance with the underlying market’s final outcome. If a listed option resolves “Yes,” this market will resolve immediately in favor of the corresponding market. Accordingly, if a listed option resolves “No,” this market will resolve in favor of the other option. If both options simultaneously resolve in the same direction, such as in the case of a negrisk market in which another option resolves “Yes”, this market will resolve 50-50. 

The resolution source will be the underlying minute-level price data for the "Fed decision in March?" market, which can be viewed using the bar chart on https://derivative.polymarket.com/will-cut-flip-pause-for-march-fed-decision-by-february-28 or through the “Get Resolution” tab with the time set to show the four-hour period window. Both interfaces display the same underlying data.

In Q4 2024, government expenditures were $7,106,807,000,000 (see https://fred.stlouisfed.org/series/FGEXPND). 

This market will resolve to “Yes” if federal government current expenditures decrease by 5% or more between the Q4 2024 report and the Q4 2025 report. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No".

Any 2025 quarterly report of $6,751,467,000,000 or less will qualify for a “Yes” resolution.

Revisions made to these figures will not be considered, only the values reported in the initial reports will be used.

For this market to resolve to "Yes," it is only necessary that Trump announce that he has resigned or will resign. Whether he actually resigns will have no bearing on the resolution of this market.
