Trader consensus on Polymarket prices Miami's Zillow Home Value Index (ZHVI) at roughly $1.21 million for April 1, with market-implied odds closely contested between the $1.22-1.24 million bin (38.8%) and $1.20-1.22 million bin (34.4%), signaling tight uncertainty amid February's 0.8% month-over-month appreciation to near $1.19 million. Low inventory under three months' supply and persistent demand from domestic migration and remote work trends underpin modest gains, while elevated 6.6% 10-year Treasury yields keep mortgage rates sticky around 7%, capping upside alongside seasonal hurricane risk premiums. Swing factors include March sales volume and final ZHVI release, with resolution imminent.
