This market will resolve to "Over" if Joe Biden's speech on the first night of the Democratic National Convention (DNC), exceeds 30 minutes in length. If the speech is 30 minutes or less, the market will resolve to "Under."

The speech length will be measured from the start of when Biden begins audibly speaking on stage during his speech until he finishes his speech.

If Biden does not give a speech on the first night of the convention, this market will resolve to "Under".

The resolution source will be the live video of the event.
