This market will resolve to "Yes" if Donald Trump's sentencing date in the hush money case "The State of New York vs. Donald Trump" is delayed beyond November 5, 2024 ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

Note that if the date of sentencing is officially delayed past the election, this market will immediately resolve to "Yes."

If this sentence is overturned, vacated, or the case is otherwise dismissed within timeframe, this market will immediately resolve to "No". If sentencing in this case occurs before election day, this market will immediately resolve to "No".

The primary resolution source for this market will be information from the relevant court in this case, and a consensus of credible reporting.
