Inter holds a commanding six-point lead over AC Milan and seven over Napoli atop the Serie A table after 30 matches, with 69 points, the league's best goal difference (+42), and just five losses, fueling trader consensus at 83.5% implied probability for the Scudetto. Recent stumbles—a 1-0 Derby della Madonnina loss to Milan on March 8 and a four-match winless streak across competitions including draws—have trimmed the gap but not dented Inter's dominance, bolstered by Lautaro Martínez nearing return from injury. Milan (63 points, 9.7%) gained momentum from the derby win, while Napoli (62 points, 6.0%) rides four straight Serie A victories before a loss, yet both face steep climbs with eight fixtures left, including head-to-head clashes and tests against Roma, Juventus, and Como.
