Detroit Pistons command 94.8% implied probability as East #1 seed, fueled by their league-best six-game winning streak capped by a 122-121 overtime thriller over the Bucks on Wednesday, showcasing Cade Cunningham's MVP-caliber form (32.5 PPG, 9.2 APG over the surge) and top-ranked defense allowing just 104.2 points per 100 possessions. Traders see this momentum vaulting them past current leaders amid Cleveland Cavaliers' back-to-back losses to sub-.500 teams and Boston Celtics' nagging injuries to Jayson Tatum (questionable ankle) and Kristaps Porzingis (IR, calf). New York Knicks linger low at 1.6% hampered by Jalen Brunson's minutes restriction post-trade deadline buzz. Upsets remain possible via Pistons injury regression, Cavaliers' home dominance rebound, or Celtics' All-Star core health restoration before playoffs.
