The 15 entrants—spanning Croatia, Georgia, Moldova, Portugal, Belgium, Estonia, Israel, Lithuania, Montenegro, Poland, San Marino, and Serbia—compete for 10 Grand Final spots, with Germany and Italy voting but pre-qualified. Recent catalysts include Georgia's "On Replay" release mid-March sparking diaspora hype, amid Israel's "Michelle" drawing boycott scrutiny from absent nations like the Netherlands. Watch April 2 running order reveal and imminent first rehearsals for staging shifts that could upend jury and televote dynamics.
