Erling Haaland's dominant 81% implied probability as Premier League top goalscorer stems from his commanding lead with 14 goals through 15 matches, including a brace in Manchester City's latest 3-1 win over Crystal Palace that extended his scoring streak to six consecutive games. Traders' consensus heavily favors the Norwegian striker's clinical finishing, supported by City's possession dominance and favorable remaining fixtures against mid-table sides, positioning him six clear of nearest challengers like Mohamed Salah (8 goals) and Ollie Watkins (7). Recent injury returns for key rivals, such as Salah's minor hamstring concern limiting Liverpool's attack, and Haaland's full fitness post-international break, have widened the gap, though upsets remain possible via slumps or fixture pileups. Lower probabilities for outsiders like Viktor Gyokeres (2.2%) reflect unproven EPL adaptation despite Sporting form, while domestic threats like Chris Wood (0.9%) trail due to inconsistent output.
