Borussia Dortmund's commanding 61 points from 27 matchdays, including just two losses and a recent 3-2 victory over a resilient opponent, have solidified their eight-point lead over third-placed VfB Stuttgart in the Bundesliga table, fueling trader consensus at 87.5% implied probability for second place. Bayern Munich's dominant 70-point lead at the top leaves Dortmund unchallenged there, while pursuers like RB Leipzig and Hoffenheim (both 50 points) and Bayer Leverkusen (46 points) trail by 11 or more despite occasional surges, such as Stuttgart's 5-2 thrashing of Augsburg. Dortmund's superior goal difference (+29) and favorable remaining fixtures versus rivals' tougher schedules underpin this positioning, though a catastrophic injury crisis or multi-game slump—coupled with perfect runs from chasers—could open the race.

In the event of a tie, this market will resolve to the team officially recognized by Bundesliga as finishing in second place. If multiple teams are officially awarded second place, the market will resolve to the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically.
If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed club to finish 2nd in the 2025-2026 Bundesliga season (e.g. they are mathematically unable to achieve enough points), the market will resolve to "No".
If the 2025-2026 Bundesliga season is cancelled, postponed after May 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no 2nd place team declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”.
The primary resolution source will be official information from the Bundesliga. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
