Napoli holds a commanding position in the Serie A standings with 73 points from 37 matches, three clear of AC Milan and well ahead of Roma, with only the final round remaining. The club's consistent results across the campaign, including strong defensive organization and timely results against direct rivals, have locked in second place under the current points gap. Inter Milan's title-clinching form earlier has allowed Napoli to focus on maintaining their buffer. While a final-day loss by Napoli paired with a Milan victory and adverse tiebreakers remains a theoretical possibility that could open the door for a late shift, the margin and remaining schedule make such an outcome highly unlikely in the eyes of the market.

In the event of a tie, this market will resolve to the team officially recognized by Serie A as finishing in second place. If multiple teams are officially awarded second place, the market will resolve to the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically.
If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed club to finish 2nd in the 2025-2026 Serie A season (e.g. they are mathematically unable to achieve enough points), the market will resolve to "No".
If the 2025-2026 Serie A season is cancelled, postponed after May 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no 2nd place team declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”.
The primary resolution source will be official information from Serie A. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
