AC Milan holds a slim one-point lead over Napoli atop the Serie A table for second place after 30 matchdays (63-62 points), but traders price Napoli at 45.5% implied probability to claim the spot due to their stronger recent form—four wins in the last five matches—versus Milan's mixed results, alongside a crucial home fixture against Milan on April 6 that could swing goal difference and momentum. Como's remarkable five-match winning streak and +31 goal difference fuel their 13% chance as a surprise challenger from fourth (57 points), while Inter's six-point cushion atop the standings limits their 18% risk of slipping to second. Remaining schedules intensify the top-four battle for Champions League qualification, with no team safe amid eight games left.

In the event of a tie, this market will resolve to the team officially recognized by Serie A as finishing in second place. If multiple teams are officially awarded second place, the market will resolve to the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically.
If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed club to finish 2nd in the 2025-2026 Serie A season (e.g. they are mathematically unable to achieve enough points), the market will resolve to "No".
If the 2025-2026 Serie A season is cancelled, postponed after May 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no 2nd place team declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”.
The primary resolution source will be official information from Serie A. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
