Mercedes' George Russell leads trader consensus at 45.5% implied probability for the 2026 F1 Drivers' Championship, buoyed by his Australian Grand Prix victory and consistent podiums in the opening three races, where the team has locked out 1-2 finishes amid superior adaptation to new active aerodynamics and power unit regulations. Teammate Kimi Antonelli's 32.5% follows his rapid rise to standings lead with 72 points after back-to-back wins in China and Japan last week, showcasing rookie poise but tempered by traders' preference for Russell's experience in intra-team battles. Ferrari's Charles Leclerc at 5% reflects third place on 49 points, while Red Bull's Max Verstappen lags amid setup struggles; Miami GP looms as a pivotal test of tire strategy and reliability.
