This market will resolve to "Over" if Tim Walz's main speech, currently scheduled for the third night of the Democratic National Convention (DNC), exceeds 30 minutes in length. If the speech is 30 minutes or less, the market will resolve to "Under."

The speech length will be measured from the start of when Walz begins audibly speaking on stage during his speech until he finishes his speech.

If Walz does not give a speech at the DNC, this market will resolve to "Under".

This market may resolve once Walz has given a speech on the main stage of the DNC.

The resolution source will be the live video of the event.
